ASC Outdoor Power is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Controller to manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and enter journal entries into the accounting system
• Manage accruals, prepaids, and receivable entries
• Reconcile all bank, asset, and liability accounts monthly
• Handle all administrative requirements for monthly and yearly closings
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and closing entries
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial processes
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and account reconciliation
• Experience with Ideal Software Systems and QuickBooks preferred
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
Pay is commensurate with experience
