Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and industrial hoses on heavy equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot issues and complete safe, high-quality repairs
- Deliver professional service and build strong customer relationships
- Identify sales opportunities during service calls
- Operate and maintain a mobile service van (company vehicle provided)
- Prepare accurate work orders and manage parts inventory
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair or technician experience (hydraulics, automotive, industrial, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills; safety-focused
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Comfortable with physical work and varied field environments
