Bridal Stylist and Tuxedo Specialist

We are seeking a vibrant, trend-aware, and highly customer-service-oriented Bridal & Formalwear Stylist to join our team. In this role, you will do more than just help brides and grooms find their dream attire—you will build genuine connections, create a memorable shopping experience, and help drive our digital presence. The ideal candidate is naturally personable, deeply knowledgeable about both gowns and tuxedos, and enthusiastic about creating engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Client Styling: Conduct one-on-one consultations to guide clients through selecting bridal gowns, mothers dresses, and accessories.
• Tuxedo & Suit Styling: Assist grooms and groomsmen with custom or rental formalwear, providing expert advice on styles, fabrics, and styling.
• TikTok & Social Content: Brainstorm, film, and edit engaging TikTok videos and reels showcasing new arrivals, styling tips, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Customer Experience: Welcome every guest with a warm, energetic, and personable attitude to create a stress-free and joyful environment.
• Fittings & Accuracy: Take precise measurements for both gowns and tuxedos to ensure perfect sizing and manage alteration schedules.
• Boutique Operations: Maintain look and cleanliness of the floor, and manage appointment bookings and day to day operations of the store.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or design is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or the fashion industry.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date awareness of bridal fashion trends and designers.
• Physical stamina to assist with heavy garments and work flexible hours, including weekends

• Social Media Savvy: Proven experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Instagram Reels) with a strong understanding of current trends, audio, and transitions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptionally personable, empathetic, and patient with a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
• Formalwear Knowledge: Experience or strong familiarity with men's formalwear, tailoring concepts, tuxedo rentals, and suiting trends.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong background in retail sales, hospitality, or client-focused environments where the customer always comes first.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work peak retail hours, including weekends, which are our busiest and most exciting days.
