Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be trained to become a certified expert in all of our core services:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide professional, friendly assistance with all services and products.

  • Shipping & Logistics: Receive, sort, and process packages for shipping. This includes proper packing, measurement, and accurate completion of documentation.

  • Retail Sales: Proactively recommend and sell retail products, printing solutions, and mailbox services to meet customer needs and achieve store sales goals.

  • Printing Services: Operate digital printing and finishing equipment (e.g., binding, laminating) and assist customers with copy, print, scan, and fax requests.

  • Mailbox Management: Handle mail and packages for private mailbox holders with absolute confidentiality and care.

  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment. Assist with inventory management and closing procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is highly preferred.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with computer applications, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic office equipment (printers, scanners, fax).

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy, especially when handling sensitive documents and high-value shipments.

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 40+ pounds safely and regularly.

  • Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including in the weekends. We are open 7 days a week and weekend shifts will be rotated every other week.
