2026 Agribusiness Awards Nominations

The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Agribusiness Awards. This year’s honorees will be recognized during the 60th Annual Farm-City Harvest Dinner on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

The Agribusiness Awards recognize outstanding businesses and individuals whose leadership, service and contributions have strengthened agriculture in Carroll County and throughout West Georgia. When considering a nominee, please reflect on the nominee’s accomplishments during 2025, as well as past achievements and continued contributions to the community.

Current elected officials and individuals actively running for public office are not eligible for nomination.

Nominations may be submitted by individuals, company representatives, businesses or organizations. Self-nominations are also welcome. If the person submitting the nomination does not have all requested information, the Chamber may follow up with the nominator or nominee as needed.

To allow more deserving members of our agribusiness community to be recognized, we kindly ask that businesses or individuals who have received an Agribusiness Award within the past three years not be nominated at this time.

This award recognizes an agribusiness that has demonstrated outstanding innovation, sustainability, economic impact, and community involvement over the past year. The recipient should show strong leadership and a clear vision for the future of agriculture. Eligible businesses must have been operating for at least three years within the local or regional area. The nominated businesses must: ▪ be located in Carroll County. ▪ be established and in operation for at least three (3) years. ▪ contributed significantly to the overall good of the community through existing jobs and new job creation, capital investment, philanthropy/community involvement, delivery of unique or specialized products or services, innovation in business practices, or significant business achievement.
This award honors an individual or group that has made significant contributions to the field of agriculture and demonstrates great potential as a future leader in the industry. The nominee should exhibit innovation, leadership, and a commitment to improvising and sustaining agriculture. Age is not a factor; what matters is their impact and vision for the future. Nominees: ▪ Demonstrate a deep dedication to service above self ▪ Possess an exceptional level of engagement and passion for agriculture and agribusiness in our community ▪ Stand as an inspiration to others ▪ Have made a significant impact on the agricultural landscape
This award celebrates an individual, organization, or business not directly involved in agriculture but has shown exceptional support and advocacy for the agricultural community. The recipient should demonstrate strong advocacy, community involvement, and a positive impact on agriculture. Eligible nominees must have significantly support agriculture within the local or regional area.
