They will lead us through determining our level of HR maturity to create a roadmap towards human resource optimization, tailoring HR strategies to fit organizational needs, and discussing the worldview changes and motivations accompanying a new technologically savvy generation.

Each year, these awards recognize the businesses and individuals whose leadership, service, and commitment have made a lasting impact on Carroll County and West Georgia. Being nominated—and selected—is a meaningful distinction among peers and a celebration of the strength of our business community.
Award recipients will be honored during the Chamber’s Annual Meeting on May 2, 2026.
