As she prepares to graduate from the University of West Georgia this spring, Kelsey reflects on a transformative college experience—highlighted by winning the $2,500 grand prize in the Wolves Den Pitch Competition. She is the founder of two culinary ventures, Karter Kitchen and Nana Pudding Co., and is eager to continue growing her business and expanding her impact beyond the kitchen.
