Michael joined the University of West Georgia in July of 2011. He served as Help Desk Manager for UWG Online until April 2019 when he joined UWG Print Services. He currently serves as the Director for Campus Services for Print Services | Mail Services and UWG Outfitters. Michael has over 36 years of experience in customer service, of which over 28 years have been in the printing industry. Michael holds an Associate of Arts degree in History from Darton State College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Office Administration and Technology from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a minor in Business from Clayton State University. He has been accepted into the Kennesaw State University's WebMBA program with an anticipated enrollment for Fall 2025.
