About Us

Communication Services was founded in 1991 by Gary Middlebrooks to provide business telephone solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Middlebrooks served 27 years with BellSouth before his retirement. He founded Communication Services to provide local businesses with lower cost solutions to their communication needs.

Communication Services remained a sole proprietorship until its incorporation during the first quarter of 1998 and became known as Communication Services Integrated, Inc. (CSII). In November of 1997, exactly six years after its founding, Communication Services moved its corporate offices to its current location at 105 Park Place Way in Carrollton.

Today, CSII offers a wide range of products and services with the goal of saving its customers money on their overall business communications. Over the years, CSII has provided a wide range of solutions including ESI, Avaya, Norstar and Allworx. Today, CSII's primary business is unified communications as a service (UCaaS) - a range of communication tools for small business in a single platform. In addition to its system integrator role, CSII provides a wide portfolio of voice, data, and structured cabling services to its customers.

It is the goal of Communication Services Integrated, Inc. to reduce the total cost of ownership and create maximum benefit to the customer with every communication solution that we design. Our strategy for dominating the competition is lower cost of ownership, exceptional quality, tailored customer solutions, and a higher quality of service at every encounter.
